For 2024, Grammarly refreshed its brand identity through a comprehensive revamp encompassing its logo, branding elements, product offerings, and tone of voice. Along with the team at Instrument, we took their new vision and brought it to life across their Grammarly Premium, Grammarly for Business, and Free product email series. Every communication was meticulously crafted from product welcome emails to retention and reengagement campaigns to reflect Grammarly's renewed brand position and resonate with their diverse user base and needs. We seamlessly integrated the refreshed brand identity into every aspect of the email series, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand experience at each touchpoint.
